CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations may only be made in writing by text or email, not through our online booking system.  Please call Terri  so she can help guide you through the process.

Campspot vendor fees are currently $5 for each booking, reservation change or cancellation.

Cancellations with at least 90 Days’ Notice will receive a Full Refund, less the fees that our online vendor charges us.

Cancellations with 89- 30 Days’ Notice will receive a refund of the amount paid, less 1 nights’ stay, plus tax, per week reserved, and the fees that our online vendor charges us in booking and cancellation fees.

Cancellations with Less Than 30 Days’ Notice will not receive a refund unless we are able to rebook the site. If the site can be rebooked, we will refund the amount paid for any nights we are able to rebook, less 1 nights’ stay, plus tax, per week reserved and the fees that our online vendor charges us.

No-Call-No-Show will be required to pay the entire amount of their reservation to retain their eligibility to make future reservations.

Cancelations result in a  Camp Credit being issued in  Campspot. Camp Credit may be used on any subsequent stay at our RV Park. 

Refund checks must be requested using our Refund Check Request Form.

We can not credit funds back to your credit card.

This policy may be waived in cases of extenuating circumstances or health related issues. 

 All refund checks are subject to the cancellation policy.

All moneys paid  to Campspot are deposited to the Lodge bank account. As a result, refund checks can only be issued as a Bill Against the Lodge.

Booking, reservation change and cancellation fees  are not refundable, they are paid directly to our vendor, Campspot.

A Refund Check Request Form must be submitted. Please be specific about the reason for cancellation.

Refund checks can only be issued once  the Refund Check Request Form has been submitted, a voucher has been created by the Lodge Secretary, signed by the Exalted Ruler and Treasurer, and the request has been  approved as a Bill Against the Lodge at a regular Lodge meeting.

A refund check will not be issued if a future booking has a balance due.

Allow 4-6 weeks for refund check processing.   

During refund check processing, no new bookings may be made.
