Ladies Dolphin Tournament June 6 & 7 Lethal Luau Murder Mystery March 22 & April 5
Due to the type of permit we have from the Florida Department of Health,
we are only able to offer sites to self-contained RVs.
We do not offer tent camping.
Dry camping is prohibited by Monroe County ordinance. RVs are only allowed to stay overnight in our permitted sites.
Here at the Florida Keys Elks RV Park, our Prime Season is December through March. Our Off Season is April through November.
In prime season, we offer 1 week or 2 week stays, except for our transient site.
We do not split up weeks in prime season or offer stays of less than a week, except for in our transient site.
PRIME SEASON SITES ARE FILLED EXCLUSIVELY FROM THE WAITING LISTS.
Last minute site availability due to late cancellations will be offered to people on our waiting list as they become available. If you are on our waiting list, in South Florida and would consider coming on short notice, please monitor your email, as the offers do have a time limit.
Due to overwhelming demand in our Prime Season (December - March) we maintain waiting lists for our prime season months. When openings in prime season occur, we fill them exclusively from our waiting lists. Our waiting lists expire at the end of each year. There is a link below to our Waiting List page, where you can fill in a form to request placement on our waiting list.
We compile the waiting list and build the next year's prime season schedule in April each year. The first person on the list will choose from all of the available sites in the time frame they requested. We will continue down the list in like fashion until all of the available sites are booked. We hope to complete this process by the middle of May. If you have not heard from us by the middle of May, it is safe to assume that you did not get in that year. We urge you to make other arrangements for the next winter.
Off Season is April 1 through November 30.
In the off season, we offer stays from 1 night up to 1 month, with monthly stays being extendable as availability allows, up to 6 months total stay.
We offer very attractive monthly discount rates in the off season on stays of 21-31 days, regardless of start or end dates.
Off season stays, except stays in sites 7, 8 & 9 and monthly stays, are reservable through our online reservation system (link below). Stays in sites 7, 8 & 9 (due to limited access) and monthly stays (due to our discount rates) are reserved by phone.
Regular sites cost $50 per night, or $1025 per month (off season discount rate)
Alley sites cost $45 per night, or $825 per month (off season discount rate)
Off season discount rates apply to stays of 21-31 nights, regardless of start or end dates.
All reservations are subject to a $5 non refundable booking fee. Reservation changes and/or cancellations are each subject to a $5 fee. These fees are charged by our online vendor.
All rates are subject to 5% Monroe County Resort Tax.
All rates and fees are subject to 7.5% Sales Tax (1.5% Monroe County + 6% Florida State).
Sites 1-6 and 10-13 are our regular, bay view sites.
Regular sites have gravel pads to park your RV on. Please park your RV eniirely on the pad. The rear of the gravel pad indicates the limit of how far back in the site your RV, and anything attached to it, can be.
Regular sites cost $50 per night, or $1025 per month (off season discount rate)
Sites 7, 8 & 9 are our alley sites.
Alley sites are located between our building and our north fence,
and do not have a view of the water.

Our Transient Site #13 is an itinerant site, meant for short stays for Members traveling through our area. Stays in our Transient Site are limited to 3 days or less. Up to 2 stays in a 90 period may be reserved, but the stays must be at least 3 days apart.
The Transient site costs $50 per night.
All sites ( except our transient site) are offered at a 1 week minimum, 2 week maximum during Prime Season.
In the off-season, sites (except our transient site) are offered for up to a month, with the option to extend as availability allows, up to 6 months total stay.
Site 13 is our short term stay transient site, and is limited to 3 days or less all year.
There are Members who are "Grandfathered In" from these limits in Prime Season, and return year to year. Our Lodge has made the decision to not take anything from anyone, and we continue to honor these reservations. As these Members "age out", more and more sites become available in Prime Season each year for traveling Elks.
All of our sites (except site 9) have 50a power and water.
Site 9 has 30a power and water
You WILL NEED AN ADAPTER if you are staying in a 50a site with a 30a RV, or a 30a site with a 50a RV. Our Lodge does not provide adapters. Please bring or purchase one before you arrive. (see common receptacles on our More RV Info page)
There is an on-site dump station on the south side of our building and a grey water drain on the north side, both open for use BEFORE NOON ON WEEKDAYS ONLY, except when there is a special event going on. The lock code is 1872. Please don't spin the code setting, the lock clicks closed without spinning them.
PER FLORIDA STATE LAW, DRAINING WASTEWATER FROM YOUR HOLDING TANKS ON TO THE GROUND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
ALL WASTEWATER MUST BE HANDLED BEFORE NOON ON WEEKDAYS.
Our restrooms are located inside the Lodge and can be accessed 24 hours a day.
We do not have showers.
Due to the size of our facility, we require that all RVs are movable at all times in case we have a fire, storm, or any other emergency.
If you have a motorhome, this means it must run, have no flat tires, or anything else wrong with it that would prevent it from being moved.
If you have a Travel Trailer or Fith-Wheel, it means that a vehicle capable of moving your RV must be kept on site with you, in addition to the motorhome requirements.
We require all non-Elk guests (other than your spouse, parent, children or grandchildren and their spouses) who stay with you in your RV on our Lodge grounds to be registered with us using the form found on our Non-Elk Guest page. Remember, all non-Elks must be signed into the Lodge book when in the bar, and CAN NOT PURCHASE ALCOHOL.
